The SBF Office (#31-01), designed by The Project Fellas for Perfect Hexagon Ltd, presents a thoughtfully organized and modern corporate environment tailored to support both productivity and employee well-being. The layout efficiently zones the space into executive suites, open-plan work areas, collaborative meeting spaces, and essential support facilities. Key areas include designated rooms for the CEO, Chairman, and COO, alongside general offices accommodating over 60 staff.
Complementing the workspaces are private rooms, discussion areas, and sound-insulated phone booths that encourage a balance between focused work and team interaction.
The soul of the space, however, lies in the Social Hub and Dining/Breakout Zone. With low benches, soft partitions, a bar counter, and a tea corner, these areas are not just functional—they are restorative. A place where spontaneity, laughter, and quiet moments coexist, reminding all that performance and well-being are not opposites but allies.
Underneath the elegance is precision: full-height cabinets, IT storage, and discreet utilities work silently to support seamless operations. This is not just an office—it’s a space of intention, where architecture serves ambition and environment nurtures excellence.
